At Smooth Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and include photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition caused by the customer

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
